Pickup Instructions

JIS Co., Ltd. is a Japanese company, and we will carry out shipping operations during your travel. Please give us at least one day of operation time, and we will ensure that the goods are delivered to the specific airport counter and handed over to you before you board the plane to leave Japan.

Please provide your flight ticket and passport-related information at checkout, and present it when picking up the goods. To facilitate logistics and identity verification.

JIS pick-up locations include: Tokyo Narita Airport (NRT) , Osaka Kansai Airport (KIX), Hokkaido Chitose Airport (CTS). Please confirm that your departure flight belongs to these airports in order to pick up the goods smoothly.
